Classroom Bingo caller

Use this free digital Bingo caller for classroom warm-ups—custom bag sizes, spoken calls, and easy resets between rounds.

Teachers often need a short number-calling activity without a paper bag. Custom bag sizes keep rounds quick, and Speak calls helps students who face away from the board.

Student cards still come from your classroom set or a separate printable—this caller does not issue cards.

Suggested classroom flow

Start a custom bag in the 30–50 range for a five-minute warm-up, or use classic 75-ball when you already have standard cards.

Call at a pace students can mark. Pause to check winners aloud, then Reset game between periods so each class gets a fresh shuffle.

Use Draw practice ball only to demonstrate how calls look—practice draws do not change the main session deck.

Speech, attention, and pacing

Enable Speak calls when one laptop faces the room. Set Announcement repeats to 2 if the class is noisy.

Combine Pause with verbal reminders so students finish marking before the next Call next.

Host fullscreen can help in a large room, but test readability from the back row first.

What stays private on shared devices

Call history and settings stay in this browser’s localStorage. Nothing syncs to a district roster or cloud gradebook.

Reset at the end of the period on shared classroom machines if you do not want the next teacher to reload your game.

Avoid pasting student full names into unrelated fields—this tool only needs numbers for calling.

Limits teachers should state aloud

This is a practice caller, not a fundraiser or state-licensed Bingo system.

Winners are verified by the teacher against the call list, not by the website.

If audio fails, calls still appear on screen—have a student volunteer read the current call as backup.

Differentiation and repeat visits

Use shorter custom bags for review days and longer 75-ball games when you have standard cards and more time. Alternate speech on and off so students practice listening and reading numbers.

Pair the caller with paper cards you already own rather than expecting the website to generate sheets. If students finish early, let them verify the last five calls from Call history chips to practice number recognition.

Document in your sub plans which preset you used so a substitute can Resume rather than guessing bag size. Reset game between classes on shared carts so period two does not inherit period one calls.

Substitute and co-teacher handoff

Leave written notes beside the machine: which Game size preset is active, whether Auto-call is enabled, and how many calls already happened. Substitutes can open Call history instead of guessing.

If co-teachers alternate calling, agree that only one person presses Call next to avoid double draws. Pause when switching callers so the deck state stays obvious.

When speech voices differ between laptops, standardize on Browser default for the week so students hear a consistent timbre.
