How to run Bingo online with this caller

Host a virtual Bingo session: choose bag size, call numbers, announce results, pause, reset, and print history.

Use this guide when you are the host sharing one screen or a video call. Players still need their own Bingo cards; this site only calls numbers and records order.

Every step below maps to live controls—Game size presets, Call next, Pause, Speak calls, Call history, and Host fullscreen—without implying extra game modes.

Before players join

Open the caller on the machine that will drive audio and display. Pick 75-ball, 90-ball, or Custom balls (2–150) and confirm the shuffle by starting that preset.

Test Speak calls and Voice selection if the room will listen rather than read the board. Enable Host fullscreen early on the projector so you know how large the current call will appear.

Agree on house rules for verifying winners. This caller lists every ball in order but does not scan cards or declare official wins.

During the game

Press Call next for each ball. The large current call, board marks, and Call order chips update together so late joiners can catch up from the board alone.

Use Pause between prizes, intermissions, or when a caller needs a break. Resume restores Call next. Repeat re-announces the current label without advancing the deck.

If you enable Auto-call on delay, watch the Next in countdown and keep Pause handy when the room needs to slow down.

Shared screens and video calls

Pin or spotlight the browser window showing Host fullscreen so remote players see the current call clearly.

Mute duplicate audio if both the video platform and Speak calls would talk over each other—many hosts prefer speech on the caller device only.

Share a printed or PDF call list after the game if remote players want an offline recap.

After the session

Open Call history and Print list when you want a paper or PDF trail of the exact call order with bag metadata.

Reset game when you are ready for a new shuffle. On shared computers, reset or clear site data if the next host should not inherit your session.

Remember: validating Bingo claims remains the host’s job—compare cards against the printed or on-screen history.

Troubleshooting during live hosting

If the board stops updating, check whether Pause is engaged or the bag is exhausted—the progress badge shows called versus total. Refreshing the page should reload the same game from local storage unless someone reset it on that browser.

When video latency makes speech and video disagree, mute Speak calls on the caller laptop and let the video host read Current call instead. Print call list after disputes so everyone compares the same ordered numbers.

For hybrid rooms, display Host fullscreen on the in-person projector while remote players watch a screenshare cropped to the current call card. Avoid sharing the entire Options panel if it reveals upcoming UI chrome that distracts players.
