How to use the online Bingo caller

Use this page as the operating manual for Bingo Caller Online: bag presets, Call next, board marks, pause, speech, auto-call, history, and host display modes.

Workflow

  1. Choose 75-ball, 90-ball, or Custom balls then Start custom to shuffle the active bag. The board resets, call history clears for the new game, and Current call shows Ready until the first Call next.
  2. Press Call next when you are ready to reveal the next ball. Current call updates, the board marks the number (with B–I–N–G–O column styling on 75-ball), and Call order lists the newest chip first.
  3. Use Repeat if the room missed the spoken or on-screen label. The same current call is announced again without drawing from the pool.
  4. Press Pause during breaks; Resume when calling should continue. Call next stays disabled while paused. Ongoing speech is canceled when you pause.
  5. Open Call history or Print call list for a numbered recap. A sheet-friendly list shows every call in order with bag size and timestamp metadata.
  6. When the event ends, Reset (confirm) for a fresh shuffle or pick another Game size preset. History and board clear for the new configuration after confirmation.

Worked examples

Before you roll

Pick a bag before the first call. Under Game size, tap 75-ball, 90-ball, or set Custom balls (2–150) and Start custom. Each new preset shuffles once—confirm if Reset or a preset would discard in-progress calls.

Open Options on mobile with Show setup if the hall is hidden. On desktop, use Show options when the sidebar is collapsed.

Optional host aids: Speak calls, Announcement repeats, Delay between announcement repeats, Auto-call on delay with Delay between calls (seconds), and Host fullscreen for a shared screen.

Players need their own cards elsewhere. This tool only reveals called numbers; the remaining pool stays hidden.

If something looks wrong

If Call next is disabled, check whether the bag is exhausted (remaining count zero) or the game is Paused.

If speech does not play, verify Speak calls is checked, audio is unmuted, and try Retry voices when the voice list failed to load.

If the board looks cramped on a phone, use Show setup only when configuring, then Hide setup so the hall stays visible.

If you expected B–I–N–G–O letters but see numbers only, confirm you started a 75-ball preset—not 90-ball or custom numbers-only mode.

Mobile and keyboard notes

Call next, Repeat, Pause, and Reset are standard buttons reachable with touch or keyboard activation.

Current call and progress use polite live regions so screen readers hear the latest ball label.

Show setup / Hide setup toggles the Options stack without losing game state stored locally.

Host fullscreen still allows Exit host mode from the same control when you need tray actions.
